Love this white blend (Viognier, Grenache Blanc, Rousanne and Clairette). Great complement to a salad topped with Peri Peri marinated shrimp. Refreshing and easy drinking with a light acidity and lots of minerality. Only issue is it’s easy to drink too quickly 😬 — 7 years ago

I’m off to a good start at Compagnie des Vins in NY. Smells like roasted Brussels and has intense minerality and floral angles. Fruit comes through without being silly. Rather serious and multifaceted. A “contemplative” petnat?! — 7 years ago

Nose is floral/tropical.
Palate is honey and cantaloupe.
As this opens its quite elegant. Not a great wine. But as the English would say lovely. Palate has apricot pits and almost diluted honey. Not an in your face honey. But an elegant one.
