Light garnet color. Very interesting nose and palate of red fruits, rose petals, dried herbs, black tea, bergamot and sweet baking spices. Hint of eucalyptus on the long, complex and earthy finish. Smooth tannins. Lively, bright and very well balanced. Nice concentration for a light bodied wine. Excellent! — a year ago
End of the bottle, but still good. — 4 years ago
Nose of plums, forest floor with fresh fallen flower petals. Taste is of plums, black tea, Forest, raspberry, mushroom. I really like this. Opened up after an hour of pulling cork and really excellent after 2+. — 7 years ago

On the nose, chiseled, saline notes that provide backbone and vibrancy. Pears, white flowers and slate flow through to the chiseled finish. — 9 months ago

Balanced fruit. Ready to drink now. April 2025. — 8 months ago
2021 vintage. "Mule Blanche" is Jaboulet's white flagship Crozes-Hermitage, a blend of Marsanne and Roussanne from 40 years old estate vineyards. Expressive nose bursting with white fruit, flowers and fresh herbs. Bright and crisp fruit with mouthwatering acidity and a distinctive minerality. Very long minty finish. Hard to resist now, but should age well. Abv. 13% . — 3 years ago
