I love Riesling and this one is a good example of the variety. Great taste, good acidity and taste. — 3 months ago
Very nice. Toast, bright apple, lime zest, great acid. — 5 months ago
really really really special. about as profound as natural wine can get. needed an hour to really get going but entirely singular. had all of the chenin tells—orchard fruit, waxy texture, structured acidity—but so much more. very pronounced herbaceous notes and overall far more savory than i could have ever anticipated. there is no one doing it like robinot. — 6 months ago
sweet meyer lemon with a light anise finish — 3 months ago
Blend of Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and small amounts of local varieties: Arbanne, Petit Meslier and Fromenteau, stainless vinification, pale salmon color with aromas of stone fruit, citrus and floral notes. On the palate fresh fruit tastes of raspberry and peach with lemony tones. Great balance, good bubble bead flow, generous acidity, long ending with crisp citrus and mineral tones. Nice! — 3 months ago
Did not match up to the Kapcsandy. Nice but not as rich and plush as I remember. — 5 months ago

NV. Color an impossibly light emerald green. A high, airy nose that flirtatiously disregards the soft tissue of the sinuses and impresses the cranial cavity. Possessing more finesse than should be possible on this earthly planet. The standard green Chartreuse is my fave liqueur but this enters a different dimension. Easily the best liquid or solid I’ve tasted in 2025. 05.05.25 — 16 hours ago
