Bright golden yellow. Candied lemon, applesauce, apricot jam, honey, soft spices, white almonds, funky minerals, petrol, old foudres.
Very vivid and well balanced, great freshness, cristalline, creamy, ‘sweet but not sweet’ indeed. Classic, charming, pretty. — a year ago

After i had the 2020 vintage just had to try another vintage of this wine from this producer which happens to be an excellent Riesling address - but this is a Chard. Super aromatic, daffodils, chamomile, meyer lemon 🍋, white peach. 12.5%. Dry. But still - because it is so aromatic comes across fruit driven. Needs 30 min of air. — 5 months ago
I was lucky to find a few bottles at a reputable store years ago. I was familiar with how much time they required and that off bottles were common. Purity and balance from start to finish. So many gears & levels. Wonderful array of citrus flavors backed up by just the right amount of creaminess. No rush to open, this has a long life ahead of it. — 8 months ago
Interesting that when I had this a few years ago, it was much drier and a bit more uni dimensional. Now it is quite fleshy with a wonderful, thick texture and the residual sugar is more pronounced. This is old school full-bodied, mineral driven Kabinett with a cork enclosure. Delicious. — 3 years ago

Puzzled. Yet impressed.
The bottle I had 5 years ago was (and still is) the best dry Riesling I ever tasted. I remember that one as extrovert, extravagant, creamy and intensely mineral.
This bottle showed compact, reticent and juvenile. Beautiful wine, for sure, with plenty of life in it. But not the close to perfection experience I had a while ago. — 13 days ago
