Slight yellow tint with an aroma explosion of jasmine, grapefruit, passion fruit, and lime. Slightest tartness. Really nice SB. — 9 months ago
Just phenomenal. And I am a Graach guy at Prum. More never and energy than WS. Nose is so ethereal. Lime zest, first of season green apple skins, slate, apricot, phyllo dough. So expressive. Some sweet rubber as well. Like brand new rubber boots. Palate is so elegant and concentrated but light yet almost middle weight and weightless. Huge fruit soak. Such purity. Perfect for a mid summer Tuesday night. — a year ago
At 12 years of age this shows the ability of Australian Riesling to age - vibrant acidity and our flavors. Medium lemon color with pronounced aroma of lime, lemon oil, candied lemon peel, petrol, honeysuckle, wet stone, flint, toast and beeswax. Piercing acidity and a long finish. Bone dry. — 3 years ago
Bright, sharp, green apple, lime. Perfectly off-dry, clean finish. Medium+ acidity, in balance. — 7 years ago
Lime juice, apples, and then back to some kind of tart precise finish. Gorgeous — 5 months ago
They are the King’s of Champagne for a reason.
Beautiful mousse. Both yellow & white stone fruits, tropicals, lime & lemon zest/pulp, green & red apple, cream to whipped cream, ginger skin, grey volcanics-limestone minerals, white spice, taunt chalk, baguette crust, sea fossils/foam, white spring flowers, yellow lilies, excellent acidity, balance, structure, tension & elegance for days with a finish that ends balanced on fruit & minerality.

Juicy-fruited, this is unabashedly lime- and peach-forward, with floral and mineral accents playing a secondary role. Acidity is refreshing but not life-ruining. Mouthfeel is pleasantly rounded, belying its moderate abv (11.5%) and crisp, dry finish. Not complex, but pure pleasure, balanced and composed; you’d have to be some kind of dipshit not to love this wine. — 4 years ago
Lime and minerals on the nose. Tart strawberries and slightly effervescent on the palate. Can't really do better on an 80 degree evening, sitting on the lawn of the Wisconsin State Capitol ❤️ — 6 years ago
v21. Very good! Butterscotch and Fusel oil nose. Bright apricot and lime zest fruit. Bright, oily, mineral finish. Enjoyable! — 6 months ago
Beautiful crisp lime finish with mineral and mild acidity — 9 months ago
Grassy & herbal aromas. Full bodied. Nice & not too acidic. Grass, grapefruit, lime, and herbal notes, some tropical/passion fruit flavors. Stoney minerality.

I could drink this shit forever, it has a sexy marriage of minerality and acidity. I’m getting green apple, white peach, some lime. Also the suggestion of pizza dough and something savory like mushroom (just me???) — 3 years ago
Pop and pour. Sublime for bourgogne blanc. The reduction has blown off, and this is pure lime, citrus blossom, a touch of vanilla and a hint of almond/hazelnut. On the palate: fantastic acidity, weight and density. More citrus and stone and just caresses the palate. So elegant. At peak, imo. — 3 years ago
Pure lime juice, lime zest, limestone, decent acidity, some residual sugar. — 5 years ago
Lemon lime with longish finish and great example of West Australian Riesling - clean expressive flavours — 7 years ago

Nose - salt and sea air and a little funk. Appearance - beautiful grapefruit color/fizzy pink lemonade appearance. Main tastes - drinks like a lime soda in the best way possible. Super duper drinkable, dangerously so ;) — 5 months ago
