An 02 spatlese that is rocking on thanksgiving. Burg schlossberg is my favorite rheingau vineyard and this example by August Kessler is on point. Fusel, marmalade, and golden raisin on the nose with a fruity yet dry mid palate. Nice long finish — 8 years ago
