Delicious and Creamy!!! Aromas of honey and stone fruits. The palate is teased with flavors of white peach, pear, honey. Pale yellow with nice acidity and a creamy finish. Great with cheese for lunch. — 4 years ago
This is all wet rocks and blue fruit, just what I love. — 5 years ago
Wow - power Beauj, unexpected. Dark, Somewhat austere (age) yet also fruity. Maybe that’s the old vines? Not sure what to compare it to - maybe a good CDP — 6 years ago

Yes. Structured leather blueberries, sharp acid almost fizzles. Boom. — 6 years ago
A vanilla bomb! Vanilla, cedar, and black fruit dominant. The tannins are silky smooth. Can drink now or age a bit more. — 7 months ago
Full, Bold and plush. Made from Walla Walla grapes. Ripe fruit (plums and black cherry) aromas and flavors. Hints of black pepper, black olives and baking spices. Smooth tannins. Touch of blueberry on the finish. Fruit forward but not over the top. Just a bit hot out of the bottle so decant this one a bit. — 4 years ago

Another outstanding vintage of this great wine. A bit less spicy than previous vintages. Dark Cherry and dried herbs on the nose. Black fruit, tobacco and a hint of chocolate on the pallet. Smooth tannins and just a tad “funky.” Long finish. Completely different than the 2013 Vintage but quite delicious. Revisited in December 2020. The “funky aspect” is not as prevalent. Smooth and outstanding. — 6 years ago
Solid product, but lacks depth. Heat is pleasant but not overpowering. The vanillin on the other hand is overpowering. — 6 years ago
Good, but for the same money I’d rather drink Lucien Albrecht’s. — 9 months ago
LOVE. Loire might be my favourite French region.
Some green pepper on the nose. Dangerously drinkable. Food friendly. Went well with spiced ground beef and rice, but this red would be a good companion for red or white meat, Indian dishes, or on its own. — 5 years ago
Big and powerful Syrah. Make sure you decant this one. Dark blue and black brambly fruit. Black pepper and licorice. Hint of earth and chocolate. Dark purple color and very long finish. If you are a bold Syrah fan, this will satisfy you. Very pleasant! Very consistent producer. — 5 years ago
Big wine with nice grip. Thx Chuck! — 6 years ago
