This 2012 has aged well. Could be a ringer for village level Chablis. Maybe this will be my gateway into exploring Alsace!

One of my fav whites and the wine that made me love German Rieslings. Super earthy. Not very sweet at all. Like unsweetened applesauce and lemongrass.
