Pale lemon color with light intensity, youthful aromas of pear, apple, toast, lemon and wet stone. Simple, with medium flavors of pear, lemon, toast, cheese and savory notes. Wow! This is special. It smells of wet stone and vanilla and tastes of crisp apples with a light champagne finish. The front is warm with a cool finish. Dry. Notes of citrus and unripe pear. A smidge woody and a gentle yeastyness. Love this! — 2 years ago

The nose is fresh peach and floral notes. Fresh, crisp, and clean on the palate with big salinity and minerality, stone fruit, and light citrus. Medium minus alcohol and medium plus acid.
