Very intense white, with concentrated flavors and acidity. Mediterranean salt, minerals, citrus peel. From a tiny island off the coast of Napoli. Great stuff, but definitely a food wine (13% abv). With tonight’s dinner of Italian eggplant shakshouka and sweet potatoes in sesame tahini butter. Blue Raspberry Sour Patch Kids for dessert. — 3 months ago
