This is a tasty sparkling wine and it features the endangered Chinese golden monkey (Rhinopithecus roxellana) on its label. And yes, the monkeys really do look like this! — 9 years ago

Bought this in 2014 from Lsat Bottle. Should have bought more, it was a steal at the time and it has gotten even better in the last 5 years. Not too acidic, good amount of yeast, and overall excellent sparkling wine. 69% Pinot Noir, 31% Chardonnay — 6 years ago

Sage and rosemary scented beef sausage that’s smoking on the grill. That’s the overwhelming nose but there is so much more. Chocolate, anise, Chinese five spice, black tea, gunpowder, cherry. — 6 years ago

Loved it. Tiny beautiful bubbles. A bit sweet for me but the acidic backbone is still present which makes it drinkable. Empty bottle. — 9 years ago
Diffused honeycomb, white flowers, pear skin and green apple. White peachy cool on the palate, minerality and touch of tropical fruit. Great acid, pert approach and generally beckoning for another sip. Salinity. Made for #HOGISLAND oysters - Ready! — 10 years ago
