I really enjoyed Honig Sauvignon Blanc with a Panko-crusted Salmon Trout and a squeeze of lemon. Loved the fresh green apple apple acidity with the subtle brightness of lime and balance of ripeness. Really tasty. — 10 months ago
In additional to the guava, gooseberry, and tropical fruit, there's so much more vegetale notes and specifically jalapeño than the Honig SB.
Especially savory when the wine gets warm.

I have never fully understood the Rutherford dust, but from this bottle I got a sense of that. And that alone says a lot about the bottling. And really smooth like liquid silk. Stylish.

Wow! Deep purple in color. Aromas of smoke, black fruit and minerals. Loads of blackberry, black currant, plum fruit with a black licorice and herb finish.
