Added weight gave it heft juxtaposed w/vibrant acidic backbone. Just flat out delicious, generous really strutting its stuff.

Apr 25th, 2020Fruity with a touch of sweetness. Some butter or oak reminiscent of a chars, but not so much as to be off putting.

Nov 30th, 2019In additional to the guava, gooseberry, and tropical fruit, there's so much more vegetale notes and specifically jalapeño than the Honig SB.
Especially savory when the wine gets warm.
A bit a RS with incredibly lifted acidity. Really delicious.
