Firing on all cylinders! This wine is absolute peaking right now! Fresh violets, plum, blackberry, cigar box, dark chocolate, subtle oak, velvety silky tannins. I haven’t tasted this since we bottled it back in 2019 and wow oh wow has time done its magic on this. We built it to age and aged it had! Easy 10 more years of prime drinking ahead — 2 months ago
