Crystalline in structure and amazingly complex. Found this gem on the wine list at Jardinere. It was perfect with the terrine of fois gras. Before we know it the bottle was gone... Duh... I could drink this wine every day and never get bored — 10 years ago

Wow, aged Riesling certainly is my cup of tea. Lucky chap, do let me know. This one was very good indeed but showed a distinct phenolic bitterness that I don't necessarily expect from Riesling. A lot going on but so very subtle that it was tough to nail.
