Beautiful mousse, soft on the palate, micro-oxygenation, creamy, strawberries w/ cream, orange citrus blend-orange, blood orange, tangerine, cherries, some light blackberries, saline, soft chalkiness with a fine sharp edge, baguette crust, light dough, light yeastiness, sea fossils, limestone powder, spring flowers, fruit blossoms, pink roses, soft, round acidity, excellently knitted, well balanced, soft tension and beautiful wire to wire with a not overly polished finish that lasts 90 seconds. — 2 years ago

Interessante o painel de 1973 a 2013 analisando como eram feitos há 50 anos (bem classudos e estruturados)

First effort by Christian Gosset post-split from his brother. balanced style leading with creamy pinot noir notes and subtle brioche. More orchard fruit than citrus on the nose, ripe pear. The acidity helps it finish clean and not overly creamy. Very good, balanced effort. — 4 years ago
