Better with age. — 6 years ago
This is one of the best cabs I have ever had at any price point. It’s best described as a show stopper! Was very fortunate to have this wine with a good friend that shared it with me. Would recommend for a special occasion to anyone without reservation over most anything else... — 7 years ago
Strong acid backbone. A little young still @2009 in late 2017 but totally drinkable after decanting. — 8 years ago

Wow- this bottle is a lot fresher than the one we drank a year ago. The Robert Fleury is a barrel fermented blend of 45% Pinot Noir, 35% Pinot Blanc and 20% Chardonnay. Earthy dark fruit, Krug like barrel influence and savor are balanced by 2004 snap. With foie gras, pour le dimanche! — 8 years ago

BREAD. Evokes layers of rich dough, rye, hazelnut, malted barley — 7 years ago
Tastes a little flatter than I expected, probably because of 9 years of age.
Be that as it may, medium + body and very fruit-forward flavor profile. Decent acidity and mouthfeel.
Primary notes on the pallet are cured meat, acai berry, black pepper, and plum skin. Hint of tar and gamey jerky. — 7 years ago
Rich, vinous, and fleshy rose. Just starting to show some secondary. — 9 years ago
