$45 bottle; was much lighter than other CdP, more like a Pinot. — 8 years ago
So much richness and texture yet so drinkable. Phenolic and engaging. Subtleties abound, from white and orchard blossoms, citrus and stone fruits, beeswax, olive, radish, white pepper, tea leaves, stones. Approachable, elegant, yet cerebral enough to maintain conversation. — 8 years ago
Very good aperative. — 9 years ago

Old reliable. Always one of my favorite Rhones. Heavyish-medium body, heavy fruit, medium tannin, great food complement, mouthy. Even drinks well alone & is friendly enough not to overpower cheese or light hors d'oeuvre. — 11 years ago
Was good but nothing memorable. Was not as sweet so that was great — 6 years ago
A lot going on the nose. Red fruit, black fruit, meat, leather. Would be a good wintertime wine. Too bad they’re sold out at Kermit Lynch. Devin gave it 💯 — 6 years ago

Given an hour in the decanter this wine comes alive. Soft and earthy with a kiss of red fruit with a hint of barnyard that comes with age. — 5 years ago
