Dark fruit, cherry and blackberry, with a hint of fragrant spice. Soft tannins that still have a nice grip. Wonderful lingering finish. — 9 years ago

Syudy material, the nose anticipates a brief sweet finish, other classical elements are present, garrigue, scorched earth and stones etc, hints of green olives, beef jerk and confectionary sugar I know not the best combination but it is what it is in a blind. — 11 years ago

Conrad Green

‘Inferno’ he only made in a few vintages. A stinky dark nose with tar and roses. Lovely depth and gnarly fruit but great acidity- blind there was an almost Brunel love-like intensity to the fruit. Both intense and pretty. Really classy and very vital. Great — 8 years ago
