Smells like gruner veltliner, green apples, can says? Tastes kinda sparkly. Very easy drinking, great with Vietnamese food at van da.

Ofcourse way too young, needs probably another 5 years in the cellar but I absolutely enjoy this youthfulness aswell with already great balance of sweetness and acidity with loads of fresh stone fruit and citrus flavours and a lot of floral notes. Already shows nice complexity and the finish is loooooong — 8 years ago
Merry Christmas indeed! Absolutely stunning. — 9 years ago
Better than the 16' Egon Kabi I feel. It's just so playful, deep, and incisive, with Grunhaus' trademark lightness. The nose feels really cool - smoke, mint, fresh cut herbs, sea breeze, citrus oil, cassis, and lime. As usual, the palate's very juicy and long. Leaves you craving for the next pour. Sadly, I brought a 750 ml to a 10 people dinner. Dream pairing with crispy roasted suckling pig though 🤤 — 6 years ago
Cantaloupe and lychee. Smooth and easy. — 9 years ago
A lovely wine. Aromas and flavors of honey and peach. I used it to convert my aunt from Moscatos and she requested 4 more bottles. — 4 years ago

Our go to summer white. A little residual sugar and great acidity. Pairs particularly well with spicy dishes. I like it as an after dinner glass. — 8 years ago
Piercing acidity and the kind of steely minerality that makes my eyes squint are hallmarks of quality Riesling from this region, this wine is a nervy bundle of that, with buckets of quite sophisticated-tasting lime juice - almost Gimlet-like. Nice concentration. — 10 years ago
