Pretty cherry bomb color subtle cherry and raspberry flavors, not as dry as expected, or promised on-label but balanced by nice sense of mild astringency; really clear we are not in Provence here, would've knocked my socks off if I'd been wearing socks! Unexpectedly delicious single vintage Bubbly! Green apple, crab apple, with a hint of lemon. Wonderful texture. The bubbles dissipate quickly, but other than that, this is an outstanding FLX Sparkler. Revisited in November 2022.
