Light garnet color. Very interesting nose and palate of red fruits, rose petals, dried herbs, black tea, bergamot and sweet baking spices. Hint of eucalyptus on the long, complex and earthy finish. Smooth tannins. Lively, bright and very well balanced. Nice concentration for a light bodied wine. Excellent! — a year ago

On the nose, chiseled, saline notes that provide backbone and vibrancy. Pears, white flowers and slate flow through to the chiseled finish. — 7 months ago
Mild berry flavour, low tannins and smooth finish — 9 months ago
2021 vintage. "Mule Blanche" is Jaboulet's white flagship Crozes-Hermitage, a blend of Marsanne and Roussanne from 40 years old estate vineyards. Expressive nose bursting with white fruit, flowers and fresh herbs. Bright and crisp fruit with mouthwatering acidity and a distinctive minerality. Very long minty finish. Hard to resist now, but should age well. Abv. 13% . — 3 years ago

An Outstanding Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru 2016 vintage champagne from Mailly in Reims. Zesty and zingy and compelling acidly, super balanced, slightly but beautifully yeasty. Potentially to age another +10 years. Fine bubbles and very elegant and crazy smooth. — 9 months ago
