Bourgogne Passetoutgrain Gamay Pinot Noir 2011

The gamay part allows it to age quicker and it gives you some tertiary characters at only 8yrs of age. Fun wine and can satisfy certain cravings you can have for older burgs. — 5 years ago

Opens up with forest floor and wet leaves scents. Deep and balanced flavors continue to the end. Very good — 7 years ago

Burgundy night. Started off with a nice champagne followed by a Cali roussanne to calibrate the palates.

One of the top reds of the night for me. Very dusty fruit. Cranberry tea with blackberry pie. Very good at this age.

Les Pruliers Nuits St. Georges 1er Cru Pinot Noir 2010

Pale plum like color at pouring. Deep wine red. 15 minutes, deep aroma came. Sour rich raspberry and plum. Comfortable red fruity tastes can be felt on and around my tongue. Aroma is changing a lot from initial one hour, then it is decreasing, instead, woody taste came. 2 hours, moved back to original but deep taste. @2990, K-Ping - XH , 181106-181116 — 5 years ago
