Gorgeous golden color. Nose of butterscotch and stone fruits. Palate is rich and complex - lots of white burg fattiness is kept in check with a balanced acidity and apricot notes with a long finish. This is in a great spot now - no reason to hold back. — 5 years ago

Wonderfully fragrant with notes of cinnamon gum, amaretto, leather shop, white mushroom, spiced plum on the nose. Mellow notes of cherry pie, buttery crust, with hints of marzipan on the palate with smooth tobacco and cinnamon on a nice lingering finish. Drink by itself! :) — 6 years ago

The nose on this is stunning. Hauntingly pretty with red fruit, roses and a great length and complexity. On the palate there's still decent fruit... A slightly blurry mid-palate, with a faded sweetness, resolved tannins and good length. A very nice wine still... But that nose! — 10 years ago
