Prieure Saint-Hippolyte - Languedoc - Blanc
50% Grenache Blanc, 25% Viognier, 25% Vermentino
Nice fresh fruit, dry, Peach, pear, floral, wax, stones.
Not the biggest, baddest, longest aging wine ever, but... a very well made Languedoc Blanc to be enjoyed now, under $15.
Guessing 11-12.5% ABV (label range 11-14), went nicely with an omelette dinner.

Very nice fresh good acid citrus — 5 years ago
A little young to be drinking now but still a great wine, deep fruit concentration, very dry, lot of tanin — 7 months ago
Wow! Just wow! Brick colored Pinot wine looked toast but smelled amazing, full of cherries like Rainer and subtle tones of bees wax. Beautiful fruit soft and aged and mature for sure but damn! This is burgundy — 8 months ago
There are years where the fickleness of the weather prevent the even ripening of all the grapes on the bunches, and as the grapes cannot be harvested before the stems themselves fully ripen, on these years any extra ripe grapes will detach themselves from the stem while on the “table de tri”(sorting table). Since the traditional Burgundy vinification methods require the grapes to be fermented “entière” (in whole bunches) the loose berries are not used, despite being wonderfully ripe. — 4 years ago
Fresh and subtle, but lacking something- probably time — 4 years ago
Bought at Nicolas rue de Saint Dominique. The most close I am looking for a full-time bodied wine, but not very complex — 5 years ago
Surprisingly good for a second wine in an tricky vintage. Gorgeous nose has cedar, roasted peanuts, cassis, purple florals, warm gravel. Nose whack of flavor up front, then lightens up as the palate progresses. A bit of gritty tannin in the finish. Would I prefer a bit more concentration and length? Sure. But this is quite nice. — 7 months ago

Un pinot noir text book.
Excellent!
Couleur : medium garnet
Nez : complexe, poivrons, champignons, cerises, sous bois, très expressif.
Bouche: aussi complexe. Vert, végétal, tanins bien intégrés, acidité bien balancée.
Un très beau et bon vin! — 3 years ago
18.5 very special. Such a complete wine, rich but not cloying, very long. Perfect with Stilton. But even better by itself. — 4 years ago
This is a 100 % organic Syrah grown on decomposed granite hillsides in Saint Joseph, displaying violet, ripe black fruits with hint of dried blueberry, black pepper and vanilla. Slightly musky, dusty, med plus body with great acidity and med plus tannin. A wonderful Saint Joseph has depth, structure, and fruitiness. — 5 years ago
