Always so pleasant to taste this beautiful Syrah from Morocco, both strong and very well balanced with these flowery aromas of violet and pepper. Cool to 15 degrees to balance the slightly marked alcoholic power.

2018 was a great find. Evocation of Madiran and Cahors wines, with Tannat and Malbec grapes. Very ripe black fruits, spices and toasted notes. Deep mouth and freshness well balanced. 17 is more flexible, is a bit more homogeneous and round. Definitely a very good quality / price / pleasure ratio.

2018 était une belle trouvaille évoquant les vins épais de Madiran et Cahors, avec la présence de Tannat et Malbec. Toujours fruits noirs très mûrs, notes épicées, toastées, toujours un bel équilibre. Avec un an de plus, l’ensemble est plus souple, plus homogène.
