Slightly dry, heavy blackberry, not very acidic — 5 years ago
Very drinkable and nicely balanced. Nice cherry notes. Great wine for drinkers that aren’t into the heavier tannins of the stronger reds. — 5 years ago
Really great for how young and fresh it is! — 5 years ago
Full mouthfeel, can taste the oak from the barrels it is aged in. Initially too many tannins and overwhelming, but once opens up it is a nice wine. — 7 years ago
This wine needed about 3 hours to release. Initially tight with uncomfortable medicinal nose which then totally dissipated. Drinking now next day and you get the age of fully integrated but not fading tannins. Nose has a delightful dark fruit and smokiness. Great fit of nose and taste, meaning - when tastes after smelling the experience is consistent and not jolting. I think the color purple in a subdued way. Very nice. Memo to self: decant and watch for sediment, and enjoy three hours later. — 7 years ago
3 bottles of this opened and all of them very good. Definitely in the right drinking zone. Great earthiness. Nice long finish. — 8 years ago

Love this, highly drinkable, smooth and flavorful — 5 years ago
Really enjoyed this as an evening sipper by itself. Subtle notes of the bourbon barrel, fairly well balanced. Would get again, especially for price. — 6 years ago

Delicate Pinot Noir. Violets and hydrangea and smoke on the nose. Big Blueberry and dark raspberry fruit. Hints of licorice and clove. — 5 years ago
A little past its prime...this Bordeaux has a nose of barnyard. Fruit flavors have melted away, now reduced to cinnamon & bell pepper. 63% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, 9% Cabernet Franc & 3% Petit Verdot...12.5% A.b.V. — 8 years ago
Incredibly tasty. Big but remarkably light on its feet. Viognier really lifts it up. Pretty insane for the dollas. — 8 years ago
Bold, bursting with flavor. Robust, fruity, but not overpowering. Just a hint of sweet. Clean finish. Wonderful by itself. Drinking with pizza. — 9 years ago
Probably one of the top 3 Cabs — 9 years ago
