“Two plots in Perrières-Dessous, old vines, which still deliver well. Mulched to avoid ploughing. 30% new wood. Pale colour with a little yellow. While not expressing the detail, the bouquet demonstrates the characteristic and necessary weight of fruit. The body fleshes out further on the palate. This is an excellent example and held up by a very good thread of acidity. There is a fine length of flavour too, very promising.” JM 95 — 2 years ago
