floral raspberry coulis nose, elegant and complex and super dusty nose, complex and pure with unreal, tree bark, volnay quality, haunting ethereal aromas, insane depth and superb limestone, wow what a nose, no brainer and more complex, more elegant and lots of blue fruit, delicate late breaking tannins, wow this is so lacey and elegant and so sappy, insanely juice and clean, unreal concentration and tiny berry fruit intensity, wall of flavor and what an amazing finish. Always such a gorgeous wine and now with 3 vintages under his belt Julien is really getting the hang of this site. Nose is so floral. Stunning. Mid to late season cherry that is so clear. Really nice lipstick like intensity and even some black cherry. Nose is a knockout. Like a 9.6. Ahh that palate. So pure. so velvety, so sweet but also sour, earthy and tart. Love that complexity and array that Julien does so well. Big tannins but ripe and sleek but substantial. Terrific sweetness and amplitude here. Terrific freshness and energy and just unreal depth. Chalky tannins and just so well made. Great wine. — 4 months ago

This is so damn good. Nose is so saline. So mineral and so focused. Ultra clean. Fantastic palate. Chewy, dense and so nimble with terrific freshness and purity. And my god this is like a liquid salt lick. Also a bit of lemon drop on the mid palate and finish. Succulent and sumptuous. Really round and incisive. Just utterly delicious. Can’t wait to see what air does. Long, lingering finish that shows off the supernal balance. Now some brown sugar on the nose along with sea breeze and meyer lemon. This is so good. What texture now that it’s aired. So dense and sapid. Major structure. Insane concentration. — 2 months ago
