My new favourite rose champers. Tiny bubbles. Elegant but a bit too fruity — 8 years ago
Crisp & fruity with ultra fine, tiny bubbles. Love the purity. — 9 years ago
Darker and more bodied for a Bourgone, so good with roast chicken. This is case-worthy drinking wine — 9 years ago
Toasty almond and creaminess with lively backbone of cleansing citrus acidity. — 9 years ago
Rich and fruity on the middle to drier end... very enjoyable. Love. — 7 years ago
Just lovely...fun, afternoon chillaxin kind of a sparkling rose. — 7 years ago
Delicious. Notes of pear and vanilla up front, and maybe a hint lemon on the tail. Very calm and drinkable. — 8 years ago
E' troppo buono. Come Monracshe in Bourgone con quindici dollari! Il tipo di uva Grillo e' fantastico. Vale la pena provare perche e' molto buono mercato. — 8 years ago
2013 Bourgone. Drinking very well and will improve for a few more years. — 9 years ago
My very favorite white burgundy domain. It never disappoints whether it's Bourgone Blanc or Grand Cru. People that don't enjoy this obviously like fruity wines, which this is not! — 10 years ago

A favorite local producer. Great vibrancy, acid, and life to Scott's white wines especially. This was my first go at the Melon de Bourgone. I said "wow" out loud in remarking in its nerve & zip. Not a show stopper but an affordable daily drinker with attention and craft behind its creation, not to be discounted. A great match to a dinner of Mt. Lassen trout. California love!

2014. Very young but beautiful oak balance and craft in purification. The wine is excellent with instant oak on the tongue but then a fantastic body. Its mass produced but tastes special. It tastes like a bourgone in the mid 40s range. — 8 years ago

Champagne Sténopé 2008 sports telltale braille on it's packaging, a giveaway that Michel Chapoutier has a hand in this particular bottling as well as Champagne Devaux. According to the winery, they never "discloses the blend," that said, it's the color of sun-bleached straw, with earthy overtones lending a serious edge to notes of lemon pith and white grapefruit that are present on the nose and palate. It's a precise, well-crafted Champagne, imbued with freshness and cradled in fleur de sel and chalky minerality. — 9 years ago
Honoring Mumm founder Guy Devaux, the wine is a blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 50% Chardonnay. Vivid straw yellow with tiny bubbles that release aromas of stone fruit and spice. The palate shows spiced apple and peach flavors, a touch of lemon with vanilla and oak notes. The finish is smooth with mineral and gentle yeasty tones, lingering nicely. At its peak now. — 9 years ago

Fruity rose champagne. Good balance but maybe lacking a bit of precision in the bubbles. — 7 years ago
