Something very different from Sicily and a surprise if you’re not expecting it. This is very Beaujolais in style- low tannin, fresh, young and fun. Lots of Panama Violet and fresh bright fruit. Serve chilled in the heat or a little below room temperature. Great for those that dislike big reds or those that love big rose. — 3 years ago
Petillance and bright acidity. Melt water with wild strawberries. — 3 years ago
2015 opened November 2022. Any bright fruit has long gone. In its place are dry, integrated tannin with an iron and tobacco palate. Not lost yet, good to try something with a bit of age. needs food to balance the savory notes. — a year ago
An incredible wine. Rich old gold turning towards orange in colour, weighty in the glass. This 2002 smells fresh with honey, mandarin orange, citrus. It smells like a dessert semillon but is dry in the palate. Long finish. Amazing wine, a real delight. — 3 years ago
Stewed apple, baked oats, touch of vanilla, cinnamon and a hint of raspberry on the nose. Dry, fine mousse. Nose continues to palate. — 3 years ago
