Crazy reduction. Smoke and dark fruit. Rather rustic and unique. — 7 years ago

Pre and Post Yom Kippur wine. I forgave @Benoit Touquette for all his sins!!! Haha. Extraordinary effort. This wine gets better with each vintage. — 7 years ago
Hints of mint on the nose. Clean slate, wet pebbles, dry citrus. Very nice for when austerity is in order, no excessive flowers or fruit juice here. Proper. — 8 years ago
Still not worth the price but really great — 6 years ago
Special wines for a special occasion! Happy anniversary to my beloved partner in wine!
Initially a bit closed and was thrown off but after about 5mins in the glass the intensity picked up notably. Pears, apples, hint of honey followed by balanced acidity that complement the nose and palate. Kept picking up volume with every glass. — 6 years ago
@Benoit Touquette killer juice. Soooooo well integrated and balanced — 7 years ago

Ooh I really enjoyed this one with my mum. Light on the palate with sourdough notes in the nose. Sweeter than some of my recent tastes. — 8 years ago
Very nice white burg, especially for the price. Good example of the aligote grape's potential when done right. Mouth filling with waves of flavor, quite precise, excellent acid and minerality. — 8 years ago

A very good wine and great choice for this dinner, thanks @pascalinelepeltier.
Very balanced and clean. Alive and tight. An exotic nose with slight notes of hydromel, dried apricot and vanilla. In the mouth, a surprising salinity and subtle bitters. — 5 years ago
