This was fantastic. It was delicate and interesting with a nose of berry, strawberry and raspberry. It also had flavors of strawberry and a tiny bit of spice. On a hot day this was a great red. — 5 years ago
Vibrant. Pear, green apple and violets. It tastes and smells like rich dew on an early Spring morning glistering in the sun. A new dawning! Like it will be for my brother Wim. Couldn’t be a better wine to celebrate him coming out of coma today after a terrible fall fracturing his skull. He responded well to testing the basic functions. Breathing on his own again. Yes a road to discovery has been created. A new dawning. Thank God for his healing touch, for hearing our prayers, for having Wim in his plan. Cheers!!! — 6 years ago

Medium - color saturation. Ruby with a wide pale red ruby rim. Medium Intensity of aroma. Hidden power. Blackberry, Silky berries, A layer of black currant, Cherry, Emerging balsam, Citrus, Sage, green leaves, fennel, grass, raspberry, nice VA. Beautifully wrapped in oak. But maybe it's too much? Are thin dew berries appear. Thick and delicious, pleasant, juicy aftertaste. — 8 years ago
I am a big fan of Garys' Vineyard in the Santa Lucia Highlands. This wine does not disappoint. Lots of spice and red fruit on the nose. Great flavors of dew berries, raspberries, and earthiness. A nicely balanced wine with firm tannins and great acidity working hand in hand with each other. A really good wine from a "Grand Cru" domestic vineyard. — 9 years ago
Round two, decantered showed almost a different wine. Reserve style yet no definitive oak character. Sweet corn, fresh pineapple. Driving and fresh acidity, focus and concentration are not lacking and the flavour profile goes from fruit salad to bamboo shoot, from celery to cut herbs in the space of seconds. — 9 years ago
Castello di Amorosa Morning Dew Ranch Pinot Noir 2018, Anderson Valley, California
Light ruby in color with a wide reddish rim.
Fruity nose of red candy, bing cherries, raspberries, light wood, licorice, spices, dark chocolates and light black pepper.
Medium plus in body with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate with cherries, raspberries, strawberries, light oak, spices, peppercorn, chocolates and light tobacco leaf.
Long finish with soft tannins and tangy raspberries.
This is a very nice Pinot Noir from Anderson Valley. Showing nice complexity with a soft, smooth mouthfeel.
Good by itself right out of the bottle. Spicy, fruit forward and entertaining. Elegant and easy drinking.
This Single Vineyard Pinot Noir is a good quality wine, that will age nicely in the next five to seven years.
I paired it with different kinds of cheeses.
100% Pinot Noir grapes were aged for 11 months in (53% new) French oak barrels.
13.1% alcohol by volume.
90 points.

Subtle and powerful in the same taste. Beautiful aromas of red fruit, spice and mocha. Powerful brambly tastes of blackberries, raspberries and dew berries (wild berries here in Houston) . Reminds me of wild berry cobbler with a hint of pie crust sneaking out of the complexity of this wine. Tannins are elegant and sleek. The acidity is nicely woven into the structure of this beauty. Love it! — 8 years ago
One of my all time favorite Rosé. The 2016 vintage was super peach! Straight white peach, apricot, honey dew, cherry blossom, lime. Still great sharp acid on tip of tounge. Not as dry as the 2015 but a fantastic sangiovese rosé — 8 years ago
Fantastic unfiltered natural wine. Cloudy rich yellow hue. Old world characteristics on the nose, earth, funk. Complex and textured wine with flavors of pear, grapefruit, balanced with firm acidity and a rich slightly oily taste. Adventurous! — 9 years ago
Smells of scone spices.
Medium bodied with a bright fruits leads me to believe this is strong on the Grenache - cherry preserves, pepper, tobacco, chop stick tannins (bamboo) and grape jolly rancher acidity.
May need another couple years to fully meld.

Lovely nose and palate of honey dew melon with traces of kerosene and wonderful fruits
Great balance, length and aftertaste — 5 years ago
Clear with hint of yellow. Light acidity on the nose. Very light, hint of honey dew or pear but very subtle, crisp ending with mild acidity. Very refreshing. A perfect dry reisling. Binny's regular $20 end of bin for $10. Would pay full price. — 5 years ago
Very pale yellow. Nose is expressive with apples, orange blossoms, honey dew melon, and just a blade of lemon grass. It's medium to full bodied with a silky mouthfeel, but it's still zingy and lively as hell. An explosion of tart apples and lemon lollipop command the palate, with mineral and fresh garden herbs. It finishes tart but with a heavy coating that lets the flavors linger. — 9 years ago
