Surprised how good this is. Nice red and blue fruit qualities with baking spices as backup singers.
Solid acid and tannin finish make this Chilean Cab a good choice for food pairing. — 4 months ago
Tremendous! Just the time to start fully enjoy and appreciate the quality it possess. Slight level of tannins left in there, which are easily smooth out after couple of swirls. On the nose it shows strong Cab Sauv and Merlot, but adorable chocolate note is quite dominant on the palate, followed by black berries and hint of spice. — a month ago
