Really enjoyed the blend. Smooth yet complex. Nice mineral and earthy palate — 5 years ago
Pinot gris/riesling. Delightful and odd. — 6 years ago
At first I found this undrinkable because of the manure smell. But after a day being open it’s wonderful. Smoky aroma. Smooth balanced palate that keeps on giving. Charred plums, smoke, tobacco, white pepper, cinnamon, unsweetened cocoa. It’s a Christmas gift that keeps on giving. — 6 years ago

pure, but matured fruits. There is storky nuance. — 4 years ago
Father’s Day at Jane for mom bd. Jordon knows and likes this wine. More like a Burg in its complexity and balance and light footed profile. Yum. — 4 years ago
Lovely spicy wine that got bigger and better over the course of the bottle. Highly recommend to serve with or even after dinner. — 6 years ago
Lovely red at brindille. 2016 is a great vintage — 3 years ago

Easy to drink. Not too sweet. Served with oysters — 5 years ago
Bright, but quite ripe, red cherry with almond, nice herbaceous notes and light nutmeg. Reductive notes are there, but not overpowering... so a plus for me. YMMV. A little time to breathe helps.
Thanks to 2015, this is delicious now, but there’s enough grip to hold for a couple years.
So, nowadays we’re paying $48 in Dallas for Hautes-Côtes de Nuits... 2015 is a banner year for everyone apparently. — 7 years ago
