Seems like a somewhat obscure bottling but very nice. Brambly fruit and long finish. — 7 years ago
Round bright fruit with supple & balanced acidity. Steak frites and this are BFF. Thanks @Jeff Morin — 9 years ago
Very easy drinking. Light and fruity without being too sweet. Strong, but can't really get an alcoholic aftertaste. — 4 years ago
Candies cherries fucking awesome — 5 years ago
Great Wine. Very tasteful and complex. — 7 years ago
Has that high-toned, wafty scent of PN grown on limestoney soil: almost confectionary cherry/pomegranate fruit, crisp rhubarb, and nose-tingling crushed stone. Tight, minerally, and almost austere in the mouth, but with very nice length and some nice fruit at the end. Seems very youthful for a 6-year old Sancerre rouge. — 7 years ago
Round table tasting: what a privilege to taste this bottle. Strawberries and spice for days. This is some serious juice. Spectacular!! — 9 years ago
Wonderful stone fruit Sancerre — 4 years ago
« After the climatic catastrophes we experienced in the spring of 2016 (frost and hail) our harvest was very poor. Good news though, our family, friends and professional network gave us the opportunity to buy grapes that we vinified and aged at home. We don’t propose our usual cuvées this year but a blend of wines from our vines and those coming from the wine-growers solidarity. C’est une cuvée de circonstances » hence the name. Cherry on the nose. Very salivating palate with a nice cherry that plays around the acid backbone. Nice fruity finish. Good friend and aperitif wine — 7 years ago
Delightful from the first sip. Goes well with many foods — 7 years ago
Rose and Morin otolaryngology Sushi... ah.... — 8 years ago
Understated cherry, light body, great structure; an unusual minerality for a red (not so odd for Sancerre). I'll take a case, kthx — 9 years ago
