Pleasantly refreshing given the sugarload which I like to think people say about me when I’m overly excited about something. Still there is something white rose-y, persimmon-adjacent, and honeycomb funky going on. Very linear despite all its complexity like a well-made apple pie—down to earth but there’s more there than the sum of its parts. — 3 years ago

Blackouts are not “rolling” in Dallas. Power is just out forever. Opened this to make the evening a little better. I have power now, but I know it won’t last long. This wine is helping. A little funk on the nose. Herbal notes with a hint of spice on the finish. Don’t hold these for much longer. — 3 years ago

Not a fan of most Chinons Blanc, as they often start life lean and mean, then go absolutely nowhere. This, however, is that rare exception: already tender and alluring, showing acacia, melon, honeysuckle and wet gravel, with an unctuous texture and a fair dash of residual sugar (albeit perfectly balanced by massive acids). Fabulous. — 5 years ago
Rich, unabashed. Quince, orange flower water, vanilla ice cream. Impressive. — 4 years ago

Well done Zin. Like all of Radio-Coteau, this wine is very expressive. Big red and blue fruits, energetic on the palate. Silky mid palate of cassis and bright red berries. Longer finish with just the right balance of acidity and tannins. — 10 months ago
