Surprisingly warm and spicy for a merlot dominated wine. Soft with a medium structure and good fruit — 8 years ago
Pleasant first sips. Violets and black fruits, medium body, some tar, leather and chocolate.
Black cherry, cassis, blueberries, cedar notes.
Maybe a dash of caramel suggested by soft oak notes.

CrackaJack! Kitties bow of rose. This brought the flava! Tonked it with fillet Mignon, Provençal sangas, dauphine cheese. Red and black berries and smokey cigar box on nose. Dry and soft/medium tannins. Enough acidity to enhance the ride. Forest floor finish. Medium length carries the gastro goodness! — 6 years ago
