If you didn’t tell me what it was, I’d have guessed top Amarone. — 8 months ago

Malbec grapes grown in Argentina, transported to Napa and bottled by Caymus. Deep rich color and amazing complex flavors of dark fruit, vanilla and.dark chocolate. But you must open and allow to breathe- it just gets better. Bottled in 2013. — 8 years ago
Stylistically similar to Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon. Rich and fruit forward with loads of oak influences. Probaly slightly more jammy than Caymus, it also has a bit more minerality nuance.
Undeniably delicious and easy to drink, it might benefit from several more years of bottle age. — 5 months ago
Fascinating. Caymus made Malbec from Andes grape shipped to Rutherford. Aged 14 mo in French oak and bottled Oct 2012. Dark ruby color and lush fruits and medium weight on palate with nice finish. Didn’t pair so well with dinner but a good drink on its own. AA9 value. — 6 years ago
Juicy plum, blueberry pie, black cherry, blackberry, cassis, and violet. Notes of carbonic maceration or at least some whole cluster. Neutral oak. Elevated acidity, medium soft tannins, and moderate body. Medium(+) finish. Simple but delicious. — 7 years ago
Decent caymus proxy for $25 less — 7 years ago
This Napa wine is full-bodied and plush, with a velvety texture that coats the mouth. The fruit core is ripe and sweet, dominated by dark berries and chocolate flavors. Notes of toasty oak, vanilla bean, and cinnamon round out the flavor profile, making it rich. The tannins are soft making this wine superb. — 7 months ago
Great fruit forward table wine. Can drink this everyday — 7 years ago
Dumb to start with but as it list it’s chill it opened up to become a soft peach, textural, tongue wrapping delight. — 7 years ago
Must be my go-to wine for carne asada tacos. Nice petite sirah without being a fruit bomb with a nice structure to let it stand up to our tacos. — 8 years ago
