Prepare for an oddly specific comment, nonetheless, a great red with Thai cuisine. Somewhat light but still bold & spicy. Wanted to bathe in it, but also didn't want to waste a single drop.

Deep, spicy, with a gorgeous perfume. This makes me think of black fruit, boysenberry, fresh grated cinnamon, almost a ginger spice to it. Velvet texture, this baby is a gem.

Blueberry and black fruit. High but balanced acid and fruit forward.

Our newest Charbono find. Very drinkable and it went well with spicy peppers.

Just a little sour for me and a reminder of why charbono is best blended with Zin or petite Sirah instead of a solo varietal.
