Pleasantly surprised at the quality of this $13 (at HEB) Pinot. Can easily play with the big boys. Fruity but not sweet. Paired well with salmon and beef. Versatile. — 11 years ago

Perfectly aged. Kerosine on the nose. Perfectly balanced. — 8 years ago
Wow. Dry, clean and right on time! — 9 years ago
Real good. Talc, floral, lemon grass, grapefruit and lime. Lengthy in the palate, slight phenolic grip along with a saltyness all providing some real interest — 9 years ago
Was a 9.2 yesterday, but after sitting overnight it definitely improved. The wood seems more integrated and the whole thing is more vibrant. Nice balance of fruit and earth. I'll hang on to my other bottle of this for awhile. — 9 years ago
2005. A house favourite and one of the best expressions of New World Riesling which exists. The late release adds both a great story but the required time to make this superb wine really sing. — 11 years ago
Heavy Chardonnay. Very buttery. From Bin 608 in Baltimore — 12 years ago
Won the Trophy for Best Shiraz at the National Wine Show 2012. Fruit from the Gundagai region and starting to put this region on the map. Peppery red fruits and starting to develop some leather notes at 7 years. A nice counterpoint to the lush Barossa styles showing the versatility of Shiraz. — 9 years ago
Must decant/air for 3+ hrs.
Opens up to a sumptuous wine. Dark plum coloured. Earthen nose. Leather, must, dried violets but with subtle blue berries. Fantastic mouth feel. New world with forward fruits heavy and rich. Vanilla, licorice and cola. Medium plus tannins. Would not pair with rich meat or steak. Hard and semi-hard cheese should be good. — 9 years ago

Pale shade of a much younger wine . Zesty and Fresh at 16. — 10 years ago
Smells like winter ❄️ menthol, apple, toasty, creamy, touch of honey on the nose. The taste lemongrass, rose petal... Gives you a silky tongue 🌹😛 — 11 years ago
So pale, flinty, focused and sharp; one might think of the Loire. Nope, good old Oz Riesling to set you right. Just perfect as an aperitif, while cooking and only 11%. — 11 years ago
