This wine has a yellow-green tint in the glass. The nose is full of minerality, with lemons and a sea breeze leading the way. The palate shows citrus, too, and carries that wonderful salinity with it. The acidity is zesty and bright. Pair it with crab, shrimp, or any sort of seafood, really. — 4 months ago
