Delicious juice, lychee, grapefruit, lemon / lime, guava, a little sweetness, near flavors of a super dry Riesling. — 6 years ago
Still too early to the party. Second time at this, still needs a few years. Oh has it changed in a year though. It’s massive. Deep nose of fruit, with silky tannins and deep black fruit on the palate. Olive and charcuterie. Round out this incredible expression of Syrah. Time will be kind but it’s limited — 6 years ago
Tasty lil half bottle german pinot noir, nice n minerally. Also half bottles make you feel like you have giant hands when pouring wine — 6 years ago
So subtle - dried orange peel, potpourri and creamed corn - a delight, thank Hugh — 7 years ago
Smoky, peppery, almost effervescent. I'm a fan — 8 years ago
blackberry, kalamata, assuaged tannins, in retrospect would’ve decanted a few hours ahead. — 9 months ago

Very pleased with this riesling. Very light and smooth with a touch of sweetness. Definitely will buy this again! — 4 years ago

2018 vintage. A full body Chardonnay. Beautiful deep gold color; Buttery and creamy. Some citrus acidity comes at a later stage and brings fruit notes to the pallet. — 6 years ago
Cami really likes this wine. Grape dvine — 6 years ago
Best Prosecco I’ve had, easy. Pear, white peach, floral, nicely balanced acid, tight mousse. Just lovely. #cvsrun2019 — 6 years ago
3/10 the best champagne ever. — 8 years ago
Deep purple in color; blackberries, black plums, and graphite on the nose; high acidity; medium tannins; tastes like red plums, sage, and clay pots with a long finish. Bri and I liked it. — 9 months ago
A fresh and young 2021. Tight acids, lots of bright tannins. Hasn’t mellowed into Nebbiolo brick and tar yet, but good. Lots of dried roses, thyme, flinty, touch of prune and baking spice. From Fermented Grapes. 12/10/2022 — 3 years ago
8 years aged. Tiny bubbles. — 5 years ago
A bit too direct and rocky for me. Definitely a style. It was bracing and the acid high. It did have an interesting nose of terroir — 6 years ago

Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of two hours. The C+C BdB Extra Brut pours a straw color with a persistent mousse. On the nose, the wine is developing with gorgeous notes of white peach, green apple, lemon bar, brioche, marzipan, and chalky minerals. On the palate, the wine is bone dry with high acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is long and the texture is super creamy. This is an outstanding NV champagne based on the 2019 vintage. Just over 7000 bottles produced. Drink now through 2034. Disgorged in July of 2020. — 7 months ago
