2020. A nice rosé with some spice on the palate - a different animal than the Provençal rosés I usually get in Lyon. Found it through a Spanish distributor. Recommend. — a year ago

My word, what a disarming wine! Ready from the get-go, you can spend a long time with just your nose in the glass before wanting to take a sip of this. It has the freshest, coolest of dark brambly blue fruits, with smoked meat, graphite, lavender (garrigue, almost), a herbal note and myriad spices adding complexity. The palate is gorgeous, absolutely radiant and chock full of flavour without being over-extracted - and only medium weight, really, at 14 degrees. The finish is positively smoky. Wonderful stuff. This is a generous, sensuous and pure Syrah that exceeded my expectations. My first wine from Boekenhoutskloof - and certainly not my last. — 9 months ago
Full bodied and fantastic. — 3 years ago
Love the lemongrass taste from this Sauvignon Blanc, perfect with a crisp and zesty finish. — 3 months ago
Very nice, bold and full bodied for a Syrah. Pleasantly surprised. I had it first with meat and then with pasta, and it held up well to both. Would buy again — 7 months ago
Surprisingly complex for only a 2018 from the Southern Hemisphere. Hints of smoke and flint and toast. Purity of fruit. Excellent #hemelenaarde #southafricanwine #southafrica — 3 years ago
