Lovely wine , excellent with cheese and serrano ham. — 5 years ago
Exceptional. Our guests loved this from the first sip. this wine paired beautifully with with the salty latkes and sour cream appetizers we served. It was just as magnificent with roast salmon, and a butternut squash with maple-Serrano glaze. Depth, brightness and all-around delicious. — 4 months ago
A discovery! Tastes this 2014 in 2023, a good way to find out if the wine has the real thing. And it did. A metallic hint, blood like, red fruit driven, sour cherries, rose petals, a Burgundian soul, unbelievable acidity, clean, the animal you get is not Brett. Loved it — 2 years ago
A blend of Treixadura, Giselle & Loureiro. Expressive on the nose with yellow stone fruit, moist rocks & moss and a saline whiff. Surprisingly rich on the palate yet beautifully balanced by the juicy acidity and asking, mineral bite.
This has surprising depth & precision. An absolutely beautiful match with fish (pot roasted red gurnard)!! — 5 years ago

Along a bustling path made of ancient cut cobblestone, shadows lengthen across the exterior walls. Taverns bursting at the seams with people searching for refuge and libations as the sun grows weary. At the edge of this narrow bustling thoroughfare, the cobblestone rises up and creates a barrier against the vast void of the Bay of Biscay. Laughter, playful arguments, and wanting whispers flood the air, adding to the oppressive heat the suns pushes towards me in its last ditch effort of discomfort for the day. I drink up every ray as my feet dangle towards the breaking waves. All is right. The sun rays slowly crossfade into the voices growing louder as the night begins.
Nose: light strawberry, cut grass, lemon thyme. All faintly so.
Palate: bell pepper, serrano pepper, thai basil, zippy, medium-high acid, light bodied, lower alcohol. — 3 days ago
