Speechless! Long, lonely afternoon with 2-hour family Zoom...pared down trad turkey feast with just the two of us. But, hard to feel down with a glass of Selosse Rose. Such finesse and balance... I searched two years for a source... and now I swallow hard and purchase in 3’s. Easily the best Rose in my Champagne history. — 6 years ago
Big dog Napa red. 2014 in 2020. Rich dark and a mouth full of luscious berries. Pared well with several types of food. Chocolate notes. — 6 years ago
2015 vintage in 2019. Very good, moderately priced Montepulciano. Pared well with a variety of foods with its medium body. Particularly good with Italian food. Held its taste over many days — 7 years ago

Very pleased that this 2009 vintage tasted better than the disappointing 2010 vintage I had a few months ago. Muscular and interesting, with enough fruit, tannin and alcohol remaining after 11 years to demonstrate its Central Coast origins. Enjoyed this with a pared down Thanksgiving dinner of Julia Child’s Caneton aux Cerises instead of turkey. A calculated risk, and worth it. — 5 years ago
Nice super Tuscan. Drank the 2011 vintage in 2020. Pared well with pasta dishes and steak. Smooth nice fruit. Because of the age it does need to breath for a while. — 6 years ago
Delightful muscadet crisp, very similar to a Sauvignon Blanc. Pared brilliantly with oysters — 6 years ago

Bright Cherry, fresh and acidic fruit. Soft leather and pipe tobacco. Simple wine, but pared excellently with roasted chicken and could be a great summer red. — 5 years ago
