Paired with a nice grilled lamb chop with demi glace and sauteed spinach. Good balance of acidity but enhancing smokiness of the med grilled lamb chop. A fresh chewy compliment to a nice uncomplicated meal. The server was pushing the pinot noir blend- but I this was definitely a better choice. — 9 years ago

Floral light red slight slight hints of tart cherry. Pared with a Sriracha pulled pork pizza at Roots Homemade Pizza Lincoln Square Chicago. Spiciness & smoky flavors of pulled pork enhanced the gentle flavors of this wine. If you like bolder full bodied wines this may not sustain enough of a lingering finish for your taste buds.
