I love this wine. So good and so unique. Nose is so mineral. Hint of butter as well. Some smoke and flintiness as well. Palate is racy, rich and so pure. Great focus and length. So clean. Interesting story. Bettina was NOT born into a winery family. She is making wine with her friend Am Kaiserstuhl in Baden - Germany. Gorgeous golden color. Skin contact. Super fresh crisp, clean and clear - not an orange wine in that regard. Dried apricots, great balance between acidity and fruit. Touch bing cherry - tannic. — 8 months ago
