Full bodied blend of Tinta Roriz and Castelao, deep red color, full nose of sweet cherry, fruit forward palate of ripe stone fruit, subtle oak, a delicious wine, what a delight. — 9 years ago
Easy, dark fruits, but spicy, easy to drink. Party drink for sure! — 9 years ago
2013, Benito Santos, Igrexario De Saiar, Albarino. I really like Benito Santos wines. Golden yellow: tart apples, citrus, minerality, salinity. Everything that I want with pan seared white fish. — 10 years ago
Figs and chocolate. Have to be careful with this...I could drink the whole bottle. — 10 years ago

I can always count on Frank Leal's Meritage "Carnaval"...to go with Italian from Gino's in Salinas! Yum! — 11 years ago

Absolutely incredible value for money. VERY fruit forward, with “Touriga Nacional” in the front of the queue, if you don’t like port or fruity wines, stay away from this one, but for an amazingly drinkable daily “Table Wine” at around AU$ 10.00 a bottle? This is a winner on every level.
