Nose is yellow fruits, green apple, pear, bread, yeast and gorgeous minerals. As it airs nose the wet earth shines through. Palate is juicy and super clean with luscious fruit and has a grippy structure. What a finish. Medicinal herbs and a slightly bitter thing that is so German and so appealing. — 16 days ago
